Please read the following carefully if you intend to use the pool this season (or you have a tenant that intends to use the pool).
The official pool opening date is Friday, May 27 of Memorial Weekend. We have a new insurer for the Master Policy this year and will be modifying our Pool Policy Form according to their requirements. We expect to have feedback from our Agent by next week. Once the required modifications are made, we will send each Owner the document via email that can be signed electronically. Once you have signed the document electronically, you and those covered by the scope of the pool policy will be able to use the pool according to those guidelines.
IF YOU SIGNED AND SUBMITTED THE POOL KEY REGISTRATION FORM/POOL POLICY FORM last year (and entered your key number on the document): you still need to complete the electronic document when it arrives by email… but, in the meantime, you may use the pool according to the policies of that document starting today. You can expect the email containing the updated form to arrive within the next 7 days. If you do not receive the document within that time, kindly check your email spam box. If the email form link doesn’t arrive, please notify us at email@ridgeview.fyi and we will re-send it to that address or to an alternate address you designate.
