Clean Home Power Washing Co. is scheduled to clean the Hardie siding throughout the community Mon through Wed of next week.
Please note that they require removal of all personal items near the building in order to perform the cleaning process.
Also please be aware that they will use your water outlet to clean the siding and pressure wash the front sidewalk in front of your home, if applicable. Some folks have expressed concern about their water being used in the past, but this is the most economical way to do so. We have been assured that there would be a minimal impact to your water bill.
Please note that cleaning the siding must be performed by our approved contractor according to Hardie siding specs to assure the warranty isn’t voided by use of unapproved chemicals or cleaning methods. Should an Owner object to the use of their water, kindly understand that the cost to obtain separate quotes for cleaning, the additional cost of bringing in water tanks and the additional costs for a separate service call to clean your siding would need to be assessed to your account. For this reason, we have given the contractor permission to use your water outlet, absent objection, since the cost to use your water would be a small fraction of the additional costs and labor to bring in an external water source.
Also, please be aware that pool contractors may begin work on resurfacing the pool at the same time or shortly after the siding cleaners are on site.
Additionally, our annual inspection and roof/gutter cleaning will be performed soon, likely in mid-November by Guy Roofing. They plan to clean the gutters after the leaves have fallen from the trees so that the gutters and downspouts will remain clean as possible until the leaves fall again next year.

3) Water Usage: By signing this agreement, you agree to provide Clean Home Power Washing the right to use an on-site water supply as needed to complete the stated project. If an exterior water supply is required, it will be at an additional charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive. Additional charges will be applied if water is not available.
5) Courtesy: While Clean Home Power Washing is on location and performing work on your property, you are responsible for keeping all children and pets, as well as other individuals away from the work area. Children and pets must be kept off the surface cleaned for at least 8 hours after our work is completed. This is for your safety. This also gives the finished result and the exterior surface time to dry to ensure a desired result.
8) Removal & Replacement of Deck, Patio, Porch and Driveway Contents: Removal and replacement of grills, deck furniture, planters and any other items are the responsibility of the homeowner. Should we need to remove items from these surfaces, Clean Home Power Washing will not be responsible for any damage, breakage or for storage issues. An additional charge may be applied for time and labor devoted to the removal of these items if there are an excessive amount of items.
